This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

and the Buyer who places an order via www.velomri.com website.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions stated below.
1. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the product(s) are specified on the order confirmation page and invoice.
3. DELIVERY
The ordered products shall be delivered to the Buyer within 1-10 business days depending on the destination country. International shipments are carried out via contracted logistics partners.
Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without any justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via e-mail: [email protected].
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer.
5. REFUND
Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as customs procedures, natural disasters, pandemics or logistics disruptions.
7. JURISDICTION
In case of any dispute, Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
This Agreement becomes valid upon electronic confirmation by the Buyer.
