MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

and the user who registers on www.velomri.com (“Member”).

1. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the terms and conditions for using the Velomri website and becoming a registered member.

2. MEMBERSHIP

By registering on the website, the Member declares that all provided information is accurate and up to date.

The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

The Member agrees to:
- Use the website in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities
- Not misuse the website infrastructure or content

4. DATA PROTECTION

Velomri processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal data is collected solely for order processing, customer support and service improvement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on www.velomri.com including logos, designs, texts and visuals are the property of Velomri and may not be used without permission.

6. TERMINATION

Velomri reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if the Member violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

The Member may request account deletion at any time via [email protected].

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Velomri shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website.

8. JURISDICTION

In case of any dispute, Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
